Four-Story Residence

This atypical 4-story residence was originally built on a near vertical site, using large poles and conventional wood framing. In a recent make-over, the house was completely gutted, re-skinned with an international modern look. Structural additions included new retaining walls, cantilevered decks, re-built floors, walls, and roofs.
