Boeing Company – Lab Renovation

This tenant improvement involved the renovation of 35,000 SF of existing industrial manufacturing space, and a new 28,000 SF mezzanine. The Scope included extensive foundation design for several large extremely vibration-sensitive industrial machines, to be installed over highly-liquefiable soils. All engineering and new construction was further complicated by the abandoned-in-place foundations and an existing height-restricting roof.
