Two-Story Retail/Office Building

On a busy corner in North Hollywood…
Our Scope-of-Work for this 2-story retail/office building project included the architectural design and documents, structural design, calculations and drawings, parking lot design, and civil engineering for the moderately sloping site. We even designed an onsite grease trap for one of the tenants.
