Industrial Concrete Tilt-up (with Office)
From start to finish, this project was designed for value per dollar. The concrete tilt-up and panelized roof construction offered the most enclosed volume for the least expense, in the shortest period of time, and allowed for partition-wall changes to occur without affecting the exterior shell. Also a part of the Project Scope, the parking lot design and civil engineering (grading and drainage plan) was required to meet strict local standards for rain water run-off and onsite water retention.
